It was a 4-star hotel in every way. We loved staying at Ashleigh House. It was not far from Windermere. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Francine's that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The bathroom was very small.

We were happy to find Little Chippy 200 m away, where we could eat. Cosy base for a city trip in Windermere.
